The opening of Source Genomics facility in the North will allow us to better support customers in Northern England and Scotland, with even faster Sanger sequencing services whilst upholding its renowned high-quality.

How fast are the TATs now?

Our extensive network of courier collections will allow customers in the North to experience our speedREAD service, so customers submitting samples through a collection box should receive data back in their email accounts between midnight and 9am the following morning.

Are Cambridge TATs faster than Runcorn?

Data delivery for Source Genomics Sanger sequencing service will be received at the same unrivalled turnaround with samples processed at Cambridge and Runcorn. The new laboratory expansion will benefit customers in the North of the UK to ensure the fastest turnaround times for sample processing and data retrieval due to new focus on logistical optimisation.

Do I need to do anything? 

No action is required. Simply drop your samples at your nearest collection box and we will facilitate the transportation to the laboratory site which will optimise your data retrieval turnaround time.
