Mutation Detection
We currently offer comprehensive molecular profiling across solid tumours through our comprehensive tumour profiling panel, combining outputs of both DNA and RNA fusion analysis (ALK, RET, ROS1, MET exon 14 skipping). The panel covers a broad range of clinically actionable and prognostic biomarkers, supporting treatment selection and personalised care across a wide range of cancer types.
