Yes, we perform entry QC on all received samples and provide a comprehensive QC Report. Our process utilizes electrophoretic equipment to assess RNA Integrity Number (RIN) values and DNA fragment sizes. Additionally, we measure DNA and RNA concentrations using Qubit to guarantee accurate quantification.

Yes, we are a service provider, and as such, we do not claim any intellectual property.
The raw data we deliver will be fastq files. If you select our bioinformatic service, additional files such as bam files, vcf files and more (depending on the analysis), will be delivered.
Yes, we run fastQC on all of the data and provide the fastQC results as part of your data.
We store your data for 12 weeks after data generation, free of charge. If you require longer storage, please get in touch with your Sales Specialist.
