For same-day collections, customers must arrange their own courier, taxi, or digital alternative for samples to arrive no later then 12PM. This does not effect pre-arranged or agreed courier services. Cut off time to book courier services provided by Source LDPath is 10AM to arrive no later then 12PM.

Genomic Services
The following relate to our Rapid Sanger and Nanopore Sequencing services.
Friday 19th December
Last day for submission using a courier collection box (overnight SpeedREAD service).
UPS/DHL courier collections can be scheduled up to Monday 22nd December.
Please note that Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th December will operate as delivery-only days, with no courier collections available.
Monday 22nd - Wednesday 24th December, Monday 29th - Wednesday 31st December & Friday 2nd January
Freepost and UPS deliveries only, where UPS drivers can access the site. Alternatively, if you’re nearby, feel free to hand-deliver samples directly to our Source Genomics Cambridge laboratory.
Monday 5th January
Courier collections resume as normal (overnight SpeedREAD service).
Cambridge Clinical Laboratories
Cambridge Clinical Laboratories will be closed between Wednesday 24th December 2025 until Friday 2nd January 2026.
We will be able to receive deliveries at our sample reception on the following dates during this period. Please contact us in advance if you plan to send samples on these dates.
