Our management system is accredited to ISO 9001:2015 by British Assessment Bureau across the full scope of the business, including our diagnostic healthcare and genomics research laboratories.
Diagnostic Healthcare

Our clinical trials service operates within the requirements of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).

The company has an Information Governance Committee that oversees data protection issues. This group, including the Caldicott Guardian, Senior Information Risk Officer (SIRO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO), ensure that all personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements of GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
